Provision and maintain DSL and Fiber optics services for business and residential customers.
Provision and maintain various types of DSLAMs and related equipment.
Maintain various types of CO batteries and power equipment.
Maintain and provision of switching platforms, TDM and Soft switch.
Ability to install cable raceway, relay racks, fiber management, duct work etc. Ability to preserve and grow your knowledge of network equipment, protocols and technologies.
5+ years of experience in supporting network equipment or phone switching systems
~ Experience with network protocols: Experience with Fiber to the Home Technologies
~ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
~ Ability to coordinate, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects and follow through to completion
~ Periodically work flexible hours to meet customer’s needs or perform maintenance

Position requires visual and mental concentration.
