We have four US locations with over 800 employees and are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager – Window & Door. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or management, or applicable experience that demonstrates the ability to achieve all duties and responsibilities.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management internally and externally.
Customer driven and proven leadership qualities.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Willingness to travel overnight as well as internationally as required to meet company and customer objectives.
Sales Management:
Manage Sales Forecast, Capital Expense Forecast and Personnel planning.
Provide plan for achieving Sales Forecast
Review, analyze, and manage gross margin by account and product with the support from the Finance Department
Provide analysis on market and product trends within territory.
Assist Accounts Receivable/Credit Team as deemed necessary by CFO/VP of Sales
Product Management:
Manage product offering within territory.
Manage Value Add Services offering to customers.
