We are seeking a thoughtful, well rounded Senior Property Broker to join our growing team. This position primarily acts as a lead broker for clients’ large/complex property insurance programs.
This role is hybrid our office is located in New York.
Lead the strategy, design, placement, and servicing of clients’ large/complex property risks.
Work with clients and colleagues in the preparation of risk exposures and submission to markets.
Must possess working knowledge of property, equipment breakdown, and terrorism coverage, strong written and verbal communications skills, and strong technology skills including Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
~ Familiarity with catastrophe modeling output and usage for negotiations and placement of property programs
~ Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with the client and its internal stakeholders as well as other product line team members, as well as the underwriting community
~ Occasional travel to clients and carriers.
~ The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
