We have various opportunities within the Corewell Health South region covering the St. These opportunities include outpatients, adults, pediatrics, home care and our skilled nursing facility

Opportunities range from PRN to full-time. The health system comprises three hospitals, an outpatient surgery center, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, two long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We p rovide both inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout S outhwest Michigan

The facility sits on Hansen Care Park’s beautiful, wooded property with private and semi-private rooms, spacious shower and restroom facilities, beauty salon and barber shop services, walking paths, state of the art rehabilitation areas for those who need physical, occupational or speech therapy and cozy places to relax throughout the facility. We provide care for individuals who may require a variety of medical services including Short-term Rehabilitation, Long-term Care 24 Hour Skilled Nursing, Hospice and Respite Care, Restorative Care and Certified Wound Care.

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Performs evaluation procedures to assess the level of disability with regard to scope of practice, goals and a plan of treatment, and to make appropriate recommendations.
