Are you a skilled and bilingual professional with enthusiasm for talent acquisition and making a positive difference in people's lives? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Professional in our Recruiting department.
Key Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for this role. Your ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English and Spanish will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse employee base.
Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
Maintains confidentiality and openness to others' ideas
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Able to speak clearly and persuasively, even in challenging situations
Proficient in editing and proofreading correspondence
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Adaptable to changes, manages competing demands, and handles unexpected events
Punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback for personal growth
Works effectively in teams or independently
Actively promotes and observes safety protocols
High school diploma or equivalent and some college coursework or associate’s degree
Minimum two years experience in Human Resources (preferred)
Knowledge of General HR standards and processes (preferred)
