Our company has invested heavily building capabilities the last three years to become a leader in product innovation. Supervise daily operation of department(s) processes and people to insure quality, safety, service, and production goals are achieved and maintained.
May meet with Production Services and Inventory Control to plan department/area workload.
Ensure quality, safety and service within department/area.
Participate on other cross-functional teams or work on special projects.
Manage department/area Quality.
Maintain departmental training matrix
Manage department/area material yield.
Schedule/manage new hire training
Ensure associate performance.
Monitor errors relating to production, quality, OTD, Efficiency, etc., Input missed punches, vacation time, attendance bonus, leave of absence, holiday, and other non-worked hours.
Check and approve overtime.
Ensure associates perform minor maintenance on equipment and tools.
Ensure associates follow safety policies and procedures. Drive Engagement - Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
Consumer/Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering on customer-centric solutions
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years prior leadership / supervisor experience or Bachelor degree and 1-2 years manufacturing experience


Experiencing coordinating or leading teams in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Experience in window treatments manufacturing or textiles preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office to prepare charts, graphs and presentations.
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
