Exciting opportunity to join Avera St Anthony's as a Respiratory Therapist
$15,000 sign-on bonus
 
May be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment

Student Loan Repayment:  This position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster .
You will positively impact each patient you serve at St Anthony's and collaborate with other departments to provide the best patient care.
Our Respiratory Team is flexible and supports each other within our caring work environment. 
We are a critical access hospital with 25 beds, a new ER, 3 OR rooms, 2 procedure rooms and an attached clinic.
Anthony's is a critical access hospital with 25 beds, a new ER, 3 OR rooms, 2 procedure rooms and an attached clinic. 
You will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions affecting the cardiopulmonary system for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include, but not limited to oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring.
Associates degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care required.
~ Bachelor’s degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care preferred.
~Licensure/Certification/Registration
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care required.
Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Nebraska required.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care preferred.
