If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in customer service and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you Position: Seasonal Renewal Support Specialist Location: Openings in both our Blue Ash (10300 Alliance Rd.) and Miamisburg office (9080 Springboro Pike) Summary: Join us in a licensed seasonal advisor role within our dynamic insurance office environment. As a Seasonal Renewal Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in retaining RetireMed’s Medicare clients during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) which runs from October 15 through December 7. This individual contributor position involves responding to client inquiries via phone and conducting back-to-back appointments in person, over the phone, or via Zoom. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training, including the opportunity to obtain the Accident & Health Insurance license if not already licensed. Key Responsibilities: Respond to high volume client inquiries promptly and professionally via the phone queue. Conduct scheduled appointments with clients that involve presenting and discussing Medicare insurance plan benefits. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve department goals. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Position Details: Position type: Seasonal, hourly, non-exempt. Location: in office position, reliable transportation required Training provided: 8 weeks of paid comprehensive in-person training including a licensing course if not currently licensed. Position will not continue if the trainee does not pass the licensure course. 6 weeks of the training will be in the Miamisburg (Dayton area) office. Those selected to work in Blue Ash will be compensated for mileage (approximately $220/week for 5 days) and an hour additional pay for travel. Schedule: We are onboarding two groups: June 17 through December 7 July 15 through December 7 Duration: Seasonal position during the Annual Enrollment Period for Medicare which ends on December 7th.
