Schedule:  Tuesday - Saturday Noon - 9:00pm
Location: Hybrid - Mount Prospect and Chicagoland service area

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Evaluate severity of illness for all elective, direct, and urgent admissions to determine appropriate level of patient care.
Coordinate education and development of internal staff and external departments to ensure understanding of intake review and approval process.
Conduct complex clinical review for inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services requests for medical necessity.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Minimum of 1 year Previous Hospice Experience
