Seeking to add a bright Staff Accountant to our lean Accounting team.

Will be responsible for supporting month end close procedures and working closely with our Senior accountant to ensure accuracy.
Recording and approving daily sales.

-Processing and analyzing weekly payroll, tip-out calculations

-Entering invoices and managing all receivables, payables, and fixed assets.

-Handling monthly and annual sales tax returns.

-Completing all journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing - activities.

- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements for ownership review.

-Assisting in annual budget preparation.

-Forecasting revenue and expenses for ownership.

-Tracking daily cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate funds are available.

-Providing support for local management teams.



Requirements

Highly detailed, well organized
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, knowledgeable in GAAP
Excel, Word capabilities; restaurant experience a plus
Team player, contributor to company’s progress
Positive attitude, open to learning and expanding skills
Committed to getting work done on time and correctly
