*Position Requirements*
* Licensed as an LPN or RN
* CPR Certification
* Minimum of one (1) year Nursing experience
* Federal, State, and Zeal Clinical Staffing and facility required credentials current and on file
* Cognitive skills as related to the position
*Position Responsibilities*
* RN/LPN bedside care
* Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
* RN/LPN is to Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports
* Record vital signs and medical information
* Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
* Prepare and administer injections
* Assessments, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans with healthcare team members
* RN/LPN to modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient condition and response to treatment
*Other Responsibilities*
* Completes required orientation as directed by facility
* Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment
* Follows facility Unusual Occurrence Protocol
* Respects cultural and religious practices of patients
* Upholds HIPAA regulations
* Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shifts
Pay: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour
