Staff Development Coordinator

Job Description The Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating staff development programs and activities. The SDC will work closely with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs and develop programs that will enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members. Responsibilities
Develop and implement staff development programs and activities
Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Develop and maintain training materials and resources
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staff development
Manage the budget for staff development activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in staff development or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
