Responsibilities

Responsible for addressing technology related issues for both internal and external customers.
Providing exceptional support and issue resolution across the organization
Installs, supports, and maintains the operation of the PC’s, MSTARS, all peripherals, and applications for all end users.
Uses helpdesk software that provides the means to document issues with all information pertinent to issue reporting and resolution.

Qualifications

A+ and N+ Certifications or plan to achieve within 12 months.
Experience in Windows 10 desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange User administration, client remote access solutions, and telecom administration.
Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, other internal personnel, and outside vendors.
Ability to handle contiguous calls for extended periods of time.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Pay rate: $22.00
