· Location: Riverside, CA

· Facility Type: Clinic

· Pay Rate: $44 per hour

· Contract Length: 24 weeks

· Shift/Hours: 8:30AM- 5:30PM

*Requirements:*
* Current and valid California LVN license required
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in case management within the last 2 years
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
* Must have experience in authorizations and referrals and case management more so than clinical
