Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Quincy, MA, and the surrounding areas. Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of in-person and virtual telehealth
Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads
Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Bilingual Spanish preferred
