" Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
" Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity the highest quality of care.
" Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
" Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
" Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
" Full-Time Mon-Friday schedule; NO weekends or late nights
" Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
" 8 Paid Holidays + 16 PTO Days (6 sick, 10 vacation)
" Disability. Clinical Managers are in the Center Monday - Friday and work 40+ hours/week. A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
" It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
" Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs., Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
