This lead-in opportunity opens the door for those students to come in and gain practical experience in functions that are allowable by said insurance (restrictions/exclusions).The type of experience you will obtain in these High School Agriculture openings will be dictated by the (insurance restrictions/exclusions) referenced above, as well as the needs of the specific location.When not working on allowable projects, those hired in these roles will have the ability to observe other functions being carried out, learning the ropes, similar to job shadowing, just longer term (not a single day job shadow).Heartland Co-op is committed to maintaining a strong safety culture, therefore your safety and the safety of all our staff are of the highest prioritiesThese positions provide you the opportunity to gain real-life experience (while earning a paycheck), which could possibly lead to a Full-time position with us, in the future.Hiring officials will review your data to determine what functions you are allowed to perform as well as capable of performing, keeping in mind all safety protocols, time commitments, and other factors deemed crucial or important.
