HarmonyCares is the nation’s largest in-home value based primary care providers. HarmonyCares is a family of companies all dedicated to providing high-quality, coordinated health care in the home. This includes HarmonyCares, HarmonyCares Medical Group, HarmonyCares Home Health and HarmonyCares Hospice.
The Physician will see patients with their MA who drives the company car Monday - Friday, no weekends. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing practice and build career in to a leadership capacity with oversight of APPs.

We are seeking a Physician who desires the opportunity and experience of delivering quality and compassionate healthcare - within proven care models – to elderly individuals and those with complex medical issues, who are the forefront of everything we do.
