You are a compassionate and dedicated primary care physician with a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, value-based care, and you are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors and families. New graduates are welcome, and current Texas licensure is required.

What You'll Do
As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide leadership and direction for the medical staff in a Medicare Advantage, value-based healthcare setting. You will deliver primary care services to patients in either Arlington or Mansfield, Texas. Your responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice, and managing a panel of approximately 15 patients per day. You will also oversee 2 Nurse Practitioners, providing clinical leadership and support.
