We are a seafood manufacturing company, hiring for Quality Control associate in the city of Carson, CA

*Job title: *Quality Control

*Job Location:* Carson, CA

*Schedule: *Monday- Sunday (Saturday + 1 day off out of the week); Rotating Schedule

*Pay rate:*$20.00-$23.00/HR DOE

*Job description: *
* Enforce company GMP policies.
* Perform daily facilities pre-operational inspection, sanitation operations, document, and report finding(s) and corrections.
* Product temperature recording and product temperature verification.
* ATP analysis of food contact surfaces.
* Identify product quality, in both fresh and frozen product. Report when issue is found.
* Perform continuous quality checks of finished goods in the plant throughout the shift.
* Maintain daily records related to traceability (Raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.)
* Verifies equipment (scales, thermometers, etc.)
* Label review (ingredients, correct facility No. USDA ID) for compliance to regulatory requirements.
* Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.
