Requirements: The Security Installation & Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of Video Surveillance/Access Control systems, as well as assist in the installation of various low voltage systems such as fire alarm, AV, audio, paging, intercom, and nurse call. The Security Installation & Service Technician is responsible for completing projects in the most efficient and effective manner. All work must meet the highest quality standards set forth by the Company while assuring a professional and safe working environment.

Responsible for reading and understanding the Systems Integration installation process.
Responsible for accurate service installation tickets, and inventory items.
Achieve working knowledge of Company software and work within software systems on a day-to-day basis.
Adapts well to changing circumstances or conditions in the field.
Pursues career development opportunities such as training and certification courses.
Adheres to all NEW ERA policies regarding dress code, safety, attendance, etc.
Prior Video Surveillance/Access Control experience
Minimum 2 years experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting Video Surveillance/Access Control systems.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday - Friday
