The **Associate Vice President,** **Client Delivery** will manage and guide members of the Optimization & Innovation team and Client Solutions teams, who are actively using data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns from the ground up. In this exciting role, you will inspire your team to constantly deliver excellence, campaign innovation, and tangible business impact for clients. As a client leader, youll be a trusted advisor to senior clients and maintain relationships at the CMO level. Youll also be a thought leader solving client marketing challenges, overseeing development of sophisticated marketing & media plans, and leveraging data to develop insights and drive business results Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels. Keplers **Client Delivery team** is made up of forward-thinking media planners and traders, many with ad platform optimization expertise across biddable media channels (including social, SEM, video/Advanced TV, and programmatic DSP media: audio, DOOH, native, display, etc.) and a keen sense of marketing strategy, data policy and technology trends. We work closely with our clients to help them understand how digital media can help them achieve their business objectives, creating strong partnerships rooted in mutual respect and transparency.

Candidates should have 10+ years of media experience -- and the ability to inspire a team, from Analysts to Directors, to constantly deliver excellence, campaign innovation, and tangible business impact for clients.

**What You Will Do:**

* As the senior member of our San Francisco office, you will act as a visible leader for the team in that office, providing both strategic and professional guidance to junior staff. You will act as an expert with media strategy and ensure standardized best practices are being used across trading platforms and analytics tools.

* Lead a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, Managers, Associate Directors and Directors responsible for building, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns

* Create & maintain strong relationships with senior clients, providing guidance to team on how best to meet client priorities

* Lead your team through development of granular and innovative campaigns, designed to deliver bottom line business impact for our clients

* Ensure your team is meeting client goals, providing strategic and more tactical guidance if and when needed

* Act as subject matter expert internally and in client-facing settings

* Dive in and iterate on best practices across teams to continually improve efficiency

* Be an active member on the Client Delivery Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to manage and address organizational priorities (eg. BD support, staffing, account P&L mgmt)

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

* 10+ years of deep digital experience with multiple paid media channels (e.g., paid search, programmatic/DSPs, Facebook/IG, advanced TV etc)

* Experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports

* Dynamic communication and presentation skills, able to break down complex topics into digestible takeaways

* Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems

* Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay close attention to details

* Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment

* Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Office tools, data analysis and internet technologies
