Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an hourly locum Optometrist to join our Riverfront Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington. The diagnosis and management of visual function, including contact lenses and specialty contact lenses.
- The diagnosis and management of conditions affecting ocular health including ophthalmic manifestations of systemic disease and medications.
- Co-management of ocular disease and post-operative care with Ophthalmology.
Our medical centers are fully equipped with the latest technologies and our teams includes skilled, well-trained, certified ophthalmic techs that provide support to our doctors. We have a full-service Optical dispensary and Epic electronic medical records at all practice locations.

An array of enjoyable outdoor activities are right out the back door; including ski resorts, white-water rafting, camping areas, hiking trails, lakes, and the Centennial trail. The city hosts many great community events, festivals and gatherings, and is home to the Lilac Bloomsday Run, the largest timed road race in the nation, and the largest three-on-three basketball tournament, Hoopfest.

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
Completion of one-year Optometry Residency program preferred.
