HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking highly skilledAAs to join the dynamic, established team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. New grads interested in optimizing a wide range of skills and scope of practice are more than welcome to apply.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
  • Staffing model of 6 Anesthesiologists and 16 AAs covering 12 Sites of service
  • Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
  • Flexible s chedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s and 16s. Beeper call 7p-7a.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • W2. Salaried. Very competitive compensation.
  • $45K Start Date Bonus plus relocation assistance available.
  • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.• Full Health and Wellness Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, STD/LTD, life insurance and 401(k) with Company match.
  • 100% paid professional liability insurance. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
