We are looking to hire an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to work with other medical providers at a busy Chiropractic practice, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities:
* Discuss treatment plans with chiropractors.
* Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.
* Performs professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
* Designs specific sessions based on patients' individual needs.
* Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to patient receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
* Creates excellent patient experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
* Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
* Communicates various promotions/wellness plans to patients.
* Seek out and assist with marketing and promotions
* Follows all practice policies and protocols.
* Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
* Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
* 4 - 8 Hours shifts
* Day Shift
* Monday - Friday
Massage Therapist Qualifications / Skills:
* Bedside manner
* Physiological knowledge
* Infection control
* Health promotion and maintenance
* Creating a safe, effective environment
* Informing others
* Verbal and written communication
* Medical teamwork
* Judgment
* Procedural skills
* People skills
* Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
* Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

Experience:
* customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
* Massage Therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)
