About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Andrews Connected Care, a busy Chiropractic practice. As a Massage Therapist, you will work closely with our medical providers to deliver exceptional patient care and promote overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss treatment plans with chiropractors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Perform professional-quality massages within the scope of practice and licensing.
  • Design specific sessions based on patients' individual needs, promoting relaxation and relief.
  • Assist in promoting the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy to patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless care.
  • Utilize approved modalities and techniques to enhance patient experience.
  • Seek out and assist with marketing and promotional efforts to grow the practice.
  • Follow all practice policies and protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Complete accurate and complete Wellness Chart documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of Massage Therapy experience (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Massage Therapist licensure in Maryland (required).

Work Environment:

This is a full-time or part-time position, with a schedule of 8 hours shifts, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, achievement-oriented, autonomous, and innovative.
