Radiologists participate in multidisciplinary conferences with in-house medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists and pathologists. In addition to providing care in your specialty, you will read exams in another area of radiology to develop your knowledge and expertise. This might range from general plain films and ultrasound to subspecialty musculoskeletal, abdominal, or neuroradiology imaging, depending on your professional goals and training.
