Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys with various administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal document preparation and light paralegal skills, combined with exceptional general administrative abilities. This role requires proficiency in multitasking, organizing tasks, and working independently with minimal supervision.
Assist attorneys with court filings and other administrative tasks
Prepare and review legal documents
Provide support in litigation, transactional, matrimonial, real estate law
General administrative duties as required
Provide floating coverage for the office during staff vacations and leaves
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Demonstrated experience in legal document preparation and light paralegal tasks
Prior experience in litigation, transactional, matrimonial, and real estate law
Ability to work independently with little supervision
