Sign-on bonus: Department: Oncology
Schedule: Full Time Weekends, 7am - 7 pm
Hospital: Our Oncology unit is a 24 bed newly-renovated, fast paced Acute Care unit. Nurses receive support from ancillary interdisciplinary team members as well as patient care technicians. We care for the adult population with a variety of diagnoses, such as: Primary cancer diagnosis: breast, lung, colon, Chemotherapy administration (once certified) and symptom management,

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
