It is an exciting time to be a nurse at HCA Healthcare Help to advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for your patients as a (an) ICU Resource Nurse. Critical Care Float Pool Nurse
The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Identifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient. Plans individualized patient care utilizing an interdisciplinary approach. Participates in performance improvement activities. Provides care and coordinates participation that fosters the goals of the hospital’s mission and vision statement. The Float Pool RN will float throughout all adult ICUs in the facility.
You will demonstrate age specific knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients.
You will ensure the privacy of our patients and confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).
You will utilize nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
You will document all patient care.
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
ICU, PCU, ENDO, PACU, SDS, PAT, Cath Lab, ED: ACLS required within 6 months.
ED Nurses: CPI certification training required within 6 months.
