Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care

Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles
The ability to be trained on Laser Dental/ Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, lnvisalign, and more
Partnership opportunities available
Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field
Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members
Completed Resident Program preferred
