Aloro Pet Hospital is looking for a Medical Director to join our Veterinary team Aloro Pet Hospital is a spacious facility that contains contemporary new lab equipment including full body and dental digital radiography and dedicated surgical suites. We are a family run clinic that has had a strong presence in the San Fernando Valley for over 20 years. Our team of trained support staff provides a bond-centered environment that is collaborative, exciting, and professionally challenging while keeping the service to our clients and their pets at the center of our focus.

We are seeking a Medical Director who is enthusiastic and confident with leading and mentoring a hospital while providing champion veterinary skills.
We are a walkable neighborhood and nearby have Studio City, Toluca Lake, and Sherman Oaks. Close to Warner Brothers Studio, it is a hub for those in the film industry. Valley Village has wonderful outdoor cafes, boutique shops and was once home to Marilyn Monroe
Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
~ Continuing Education time off and reimbursement
~ Financial Wellness Program
~Works with Associate DVMs, Hospital Manager and clinical teammates to ensure best clinical practices and high-quality medical care are being provided at the hospital
Fosters a positive, healthy hospital culture, both through leading by example and by guiding the team through active feedback and managed accountability
Supports excellence in client experience, working with DVMs and Practice Manager to address issues and promote training as needed
Works collaboratively with HM and Regional Operations Director to proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement of the hospital as well as clinical training for team
Prior Medical Director experience, preferred
