Kids SPOT is currently seeking a n Board Certified Behavior Analyst .

Salary: Starting at $91,500

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our family of caregivers. You will have plenty of room for career growth, be exposed to clinical best practices, make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and children, and be adequately compensated for what you do.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
  • Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with autism

Education/ Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
