Empowerment Through Leadership : Lead a team of counselors and counselor interns, fostering growth through meetings, in-service training, guest speakers, and literature reviews, empowering them to deliver outstanding care.

* Patient-Centric Oversight : Lead pre-admission decisions, conduct comprehensive case reviews, and oversee counseling meetings, ensuring services are aligned with our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Quality Guardianship : Conduct comprehensive quality assurance file reviews to uphold accurate and up-to-date clinical records, in compliance with Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics.
* Eligibility and Intake Excellence : Screen potential patients, assess eligibility, supervise intake operations, and review intake assessments for top-notch quality.
* Building the Team : Participate in interviews for open positions and contribute to new hire training to build a strong and dedicated team.
* Training Leadership : Oversee counselor-related annual training and ensure that all training requirements are met with excellence.
* Performance Enhancement : Facilitate employee performance discussions and evaluations to drive continuous improvement and personal growth.
* Effective Communication : Act as a bridge for clinic, employee, and patient concerns, ensuring open and transparent communication with employees and leadership.
* Attend staff meetings and contribute to program development activities, shaping the future of our services.
