You Can Expect:

  • $210k base 220k base + 40k commencement bonus

  • If you are a flexible team player, we’d love to have you join our team We offer 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend/month.
  • Care Team Model
  • 360 beds (LGH) 160 beds (VBH)
  • Strong relationship with our surgeons. Our surgeons appreciate the Anesthesia team’s skill set and expertise, which create an excellent work environment. Truly a team-based model.
  • 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
  • Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
  • Virginia Baptist: General, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, mostly bread and butter cases, plus heavy OB coverage. 2700 deliveries were performed by group last year.
  • Lynchburg General: No OB, but will do general, cardiac, thoracic, neuro, cath lab, ortho, and trauma.
  • Cerner EMR
