Job Summary:

As the Director of Surgical Services, you'll oversee perioperative operations with 24/7 responsibility for your departments. Lead the team in delivering safe patient care and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

️ Identify and implement solutions for real/potential problems affecting the service.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and oversee quality improvement programs.
Manage departmental fiscal resources and prioritize capital equipment requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare preferred.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Florida.
CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
