Home Health nurses provide skilled nursing care for a variety of diagnoses right in the comfort of their patient’s home. With the ability to personally schedule your day and connect one-on-one with your patients, Home Health offers a challenging but rewarding career. Both full and part time opportunities are available.
 
Home Health Nurse Responsibilities  
Deliver hands on nursing care in the home, including comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other skilled services 
Facilitate communication to all members of the patient’s care team, incorporating family members, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and physicians 
Our team consists of collaborative leadership, hardworking clinicians, and supportive office staff with the same goal in mind: to provide the best one-on-one care for our patients   
Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance 
One (1) year of Home Health experience 
Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience 
Weekly pay
