Home Health Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver hands on nursing care in the home, including comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other skilled services
Provide patient education to patients and families for a wide variety of diagnoses, ensuring the patient can effectively manage their conditions at home
Facilitate communication to all members of the patient’s care team, incorporating family members, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and physicians
Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Pay rate
~ RN: $70k - $100k annually (salaried position with weekly bonus opportunities)

Minimum Requirements
Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan – BSN not required
At least one (1) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR Certification
Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
Preferred Skills
One (1) year of Home Health experience
Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience
