Medical Sales Account Executive

Outside sales position with hybrid work, competitive salary, uncapped commission, a full benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and so much more
5-10 years of freight forwarding business development/outside sales experience.
Possesses a book of business in international ocean, air and/or customs brokerage.
PLUS: Uncapped commission, $800 monthly car allowance, company cell phone, laptop, and expense account*
Individual Health Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental and Vision)
800 monthly car allowance
Company expense account (take your clients to lunch)
Company laptop and cell phone
Build and maintain a customer base by recognizing freight forwarding business opportunities.
Partner with internal subject matter experts to become well educated in all OEC products and services.
Offer solutions through OEC Group's services including ocean, air, warehousing & distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance and customs brokerage.
Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the sales management team.
Utilize Sugar (CRM) to track client's key information, build and maintain sales pipeline, and measure KPIs.
Work closely with the sales support team by reviewing quotes to ensure the client's needs are met.
Maintain consistent communication with other departments and overseas offices.
Monitor international freight forwarding market trends and conditions.
Louis Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This position will cover a geographic area surrounding the OEC Group office the candidate has been hired for. Outside sales experience or operations experience in freight forwarding
Bachelor’s degree in International Transportation, International Business, Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus
