  • Market Intelligence – Analyze and distill competitor disclosures and market signals into succinct reports and actionable competitive strategies, and then deliver to BU leadership, field sales organizations, and campaign marketing teams.
  • Build strong partnerships within Finance and Operations to ensure timely and accurate product cost data, including related product cost analysis and inventory account reconciliations.
  • Customer Pipeline Management: Work with project and product management to define cross-functional requirements, develop and maintain efficient processes, educate colleagues on the feasibility of projects, and work with functional leads to implement process change when needed
  • Work with the engineering team to come up with and handle project & product roadmaps, schedules, and track progress of the development teams. Coordinate release content and efforts with multiple cross-organizational program/engineering managers who own individual components.
  • Communicate with collaborators regularly to handle expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: You will invent the necessary Key Performance Indicators needed to measure and forecast the capacity needs for our data centers.
  • Own yield and efficiency improvement actions and process change decisions based on statistical process control (SPC) data analysis to meet target capacity
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ensure cohesive collaboration between additional cross-functional teams and leads: Customer Program Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, Transportation, Logistics, Trade, Pricing Strategy Enablement, Field and Customer Replacement Operations
