Do you want to work as a Manager Case Management where your passion for creating positive patient interactions are valued? We are seeking a Manager Case Management for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with Master's Degree in Social Work and current license as a LCSW in the state of Georgia or compact state required OR BSN with active/current GA Licensure or compact state RN license required
~3+ years of clinical acute care nursing or hospital social work experience required; Certification in Case Management, InterQual, or IQCI preferred
