*Work Schedule: *Monday - Friday 7am-6pm, additional days and hours may be required
*Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable. Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices
* Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logs
* Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinking
* Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals
* Communicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior management
* Travel to additional sites as necessary
*Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
* Comfortable working under no supervision
