Fully Remote Bilingual Member Services Representative*
*Location:* Maryland (Remote)
*Pay Rate: *(Differentiates during the 8-12 weeks of training)
· $57 - after 1 training portion completed
· $60 - after full training completed
· $63 - obtainable if Member Services II is achieved (promotion)
· Training Schedule* (8-12 weeks): Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
*Permanent Schedule Post Training*: Monday - Friday & Weekends of need be, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm (Supporting state of California)

This fully remote position is exclusively available to candidates residing in Maryland who are fluent in both English and Spanish.
*Position Overview**:* As a Bilingual Member Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Your support will help members navigate their plans and provider services, building strong, collaborative relationships in line with compliance guidelines.
