Human Resource (HR) Business Partner- Skilled Nursing Community
Our community is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team If you have a well-round HR background to include recruiting, payroll, HR operations and compliance, and employee relations, then we want to meet you
Who are you?
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
- The ideal candidate will have full cycle HR knowledge and experience to include recruiting, onboarding, orientation, payroll, employee relations, HR compliance, and labor management
- Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system
- SALARY: $50K-$55K DOE.
