The Senior Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) has knowledge of Oncology and other specialty diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, knowledge and skills with port-a-caths and all venours access devices. The Senior Infusion RN applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings. The Senior Infusion RN assists with orientation, training and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.

~ Bachelor's Degree Nursing Or In Lieu of BSN: Associate's degree in Nursing AND 4 years' experience as a registered nurse
~ Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered. OCN (oncology nurse) certification or other national infusion certification.
~3 years Infusion nursing experience

2 years Ambulatory nursing experience
