About Us:

Ponce AI is a groundbreaking health tech startup dedicated to harnessing the power of AI to transform the patient experience in aesthetic medicine. We are building an online consultation experience that provides aesthetic procedure simulations without any provider involvement. We are in search of a Founding Product Manager who possesses a strong technical background and a deep understanding of AI technology to lead the development of our healthcare AI products.

Position Overview:

As the Founding Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by leading the development of our healthcare AI products. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to create products that will revolutionize the patient experience.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership in developing AI-driven healthcare products.

2. Product Development: Lead our end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.

3. AI Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of AI technologies to drive innovation and ensure our AI products are at the forefront of the industry.

4. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for AI integration.

5. User-Centric Design: Collaborate with the team to create user-friendly, AI-powered solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Work with our product counsel to ensure our products meet healthcare regulations.

7. Product Metrics: Define and track technical KPIs to measure product success and guide iterative development.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering).
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience in healthcare or tech startups.
  • Deep technical knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
  • You can take extremely vague and complex problems and break them down into achievable milestones
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity & change and have an execution mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Track record of delivering innovative technical products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation through AI.
