**Patient Care/Transport**:
* Assist with direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical provider
* Assess the transportation needs of the patient (wheelchair, lifting assistance, etc.)
* Directs ambulatory patients/family members to appropriate location within Cancer Center
**Effectively communicates with staff members
**Observe patients’ condition and reports any changes in condition to the Registered Nurse/medical provider for further assessment
* Documents patient interaction as needed

* Complies with applicable Local/State/Federal procedures/guidelines/regulations
