North Mississippi Health Services is looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to join their team in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:
- **Coordinate**:
* Plan, direct, and oversee the operations of the assigned clinic(s)
* Ensure goals for patient satisfaction, clinic, and quality standards are achieved
* Oversee the hiring of clinic staff - **Supervise:**
* Evaluate, coach, and counsel employees within the scope of responsibility
* Make recommendations for merit increases and disciplinary actions
* Provide evaluation feedback for individuals and teams - **Budget:**
* Assist in preparing the budget for assigned clinics - **Reporting:**
* Create various reports for management and leadership - **Liaison:**
* Act as a liaison between clinics, staff, physicians, and administration to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care - **Education:**
* Engage in Performance Management and Improvement of staff - **Regulatory**:
* Adhere to NMHS/NMMCI Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
* Comply with applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines and laws - Job Knowledge
* Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, management, or clinical field; required
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct clinic and/or ambulatory care management required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
* Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding hospital-based/free-standing clinic systems required
* Ability to interact with a patient population of all ages required
* Excellent interpersonal skills required
