Valiant Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician in Ypsilanti, MI (48197)

We are looking for a dependable Pharmacy Technician that will process and fill prescriptions. You will also undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. As a pharmacy technician you must be detail-oriented and reliable since the job has high responsibility. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as an aptitude for using computers.

Under the supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist
Packing and labeling a prescribed medication
Processing insurance claims
Tracking inventory
Preparing compounded medications using sterile and non-sterile processes
Comply with all security measures and quality standards.




Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting (preferred)
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred)




Note: *Michigan Technicians are required to have a license to practice, if a license is needed on the job training and examinations can be provided.
