We are seeking several full/part time *Behavioral Health Registered Nurses *to join us at Gateway Healthcare, with locations in Pawtucket, Johnston and Charlestown, RI. Gateway Healthcare Serves a behavioral health client base with lower clinical/medical acuity. You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and report and document patient responses to treatment.
· Coordinating client care for individuals receiving patient-centered behavioral health care in the outpatient community behavioral healthcare environment.
· Collaborate with an interprofessional team to providing evidence-based plans of behavioral health care and coordinate for required primary/specialty care needs.
· Fully integrated care team that includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses, Mental Health Workers, and Administrative Assistants
· ADN, BSN or equivalent degree in Nursing required
· Demonstrated knowledge of providing care to patients throughout the patient lifespan
· Current Rhode Island RN license
